Product Returns Policy
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, within 14 days of the date the product is shipped to
you, you may return any item (other than custom printed or labeled products or an downloaded product
you may have purchased from us) for exchange or a refund of the full purchase price, provided that the
item is in like new, resellable condition with all original packaging materials. Returned items will be
inspected by quality control before a refund is approved.
Please contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning merchandise
to us. This number will help us to make sure we properly handle your return. Please do not send
merchandise back to us without an RMA. Merchandise sent back without a valid RMA number will not be
refunded or returned to the customer.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges, nor do we pay the cost to return items for a refund.
For items initially sold with free shipping, refunds will be reduced by our actual cost of shipping the
original order or $7.50, whichever is greater.
Our return policy for custom printed or labeled products is detailed in the custom contract agreement.

On multiple or second purchases of the same or similar products, the subsequent return may be
assessed a 25% restocking fee. Although we understand the desire to find the "best" product, ordering
multiple units for evaluation drives up costs because we must then dispose of the returned "used" units
at a reduced price, which results in increased prices for everyone. Please choose the items you really
want, and as always, if you do not find them acceptable, feel free to return them for a refund in
accordance with our returns policy stated above.

We accept payment by personal checks, company checks, cashier's checks, money orders and wire
transfers provided they are drawn on a U.S. bank. All orders not paid by a credit card via the
BioSmartpackaging.com Yahoo Stores payment system will be shipped upon receipt of payment. All
payments must be in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to hold a check, pending bank clearance, prior to
shipment of an order. We do not ship C.O.D. No international credit cards are allowed including cards
issued in Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands or other U.S. Territories. Only USA
bank issued credit cards are allowed.
Shipping Charge, Time & Delivery Options
All orders created using the BioSmartpackaging.com web site will be charged a freight charge based on
the carrier, freight method, and distance. There may be a delivery charge of $2,20 for remote locations
depending on the destination zip code. A $0.75 handling charge will apply to all orders. Most orders
placed by 2pm PST for in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours.

Actual shipping charge based on rates from DHL, UPS, or U.S. Mail. To determine the exact shipping
charge, add items to your cart, view your cart, enter your Shipping Information, select your shipping

DHL, UPS or comparable shipper require a personal or business street address (no P.O. Boxes). U.S.

Over-Payments
